Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

If SmartMembers does not work as advertised, or breaks after installation and we cannot resolve it, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will return 100% of what you paid.

The free plugin exists so you can evaluate the core product before paying. We recommend installing it first.

2. How to request one

Email support@wpsmartmembers.com from the address used to purchase, with your order number and a short description of the problem.

We will try to fix the issue first — most refund requests turn out to be a configuration or conflict we can solve in one reply. If you would rather have the refund, say so and we will process it without pushing back.

3. What is not covered

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

Requests where the plugin works as documented and the reason is that it lacks a feature that was never advertised. Ask us before buying if you are unsure a feature exists.

Renewals of a licence you have already used for a full term. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued, and the plugin reverts to free-tier features. Your member data is not affected.
