These terms govern your use of the SmartMembers website, plugin, and any paid licence issued by Convers Lab Inc.. By installing the plugin or purchasing a licence, you agree to them.
1. Licence
A paid licence grants you the right to install and use SmartMembers on the number of sites stated on your plan, for as long as the licence remains active.
The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin as your own product.
2. Renewals
Annual licences renew automatically on their anniversary date unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account.
A lapsed licence does not disable the plugin. You keep the version you have, but stop receiving updates and support until the licence is renewed.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content you place behind SmartMembers and for complying with the laws that apply to it.
You may not use the plugin to distribute malware, infringe copyright, or process payments for goods you are not lawfully permitted to sell.
4. Support
Support is provided by email to customers with an active paid licence, and through the WordPress.org forum for free users.
Support covers the plugin itself. It does not extend to third-party themes, plugins, or custom code, though we will help identify a conflict where we can.
5. Liability
The plugin is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months preceding it.
We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Keep your own backups.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to licence holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
